Todays mounds, stacks and conglomerates subverts the random and becomes specific messages, literal and metaphoric. This mountain is a show of force, created to message the adjacent occupants.

not so tough
I spend too much time in my house. I am becoming that woman who scrubs her driveway weekly. Daily life becomes a routine of organization with indoor to outdoor. The layer of normal is awkward and old; placed and staggered.

precious mark
the enzo is interesting. 399 or so made. the price sky rockets due to demand. now the only time you hear about it is when someone wrecks it. precious and precise. low and form fitting. built to break apart on impact. instead of building an indestructible cube, it is form that is not meant for the general public. it is a car for a secret society who sends eddie griffith or some rogue swiss tech guy out of their hallowed halls to destroy one of their own for the sake of keeping intrigue alive.

mound in glendale
In an effort to delineate space, I live next to a mountain. it is taller than me and all the outlying buildings, thus a mountain. I have decided to start using it as a divider and blocker of space. Blocker is a word that needs to be changed. But as expansion goes, it slows drastically when we get to mountains. But it too has a transient feel, constantly in motion. So we got consumer motion, industrial motion, eroding motion, transient motion, and yes the ocean ocean. So as space gets replaced and re-newed the mountain becomes of interest in its longevity to trends. Used to push the sublime agenda in beauty. This hill in Glendale is my new space for rent.
